SHIPPING POLICY

At Daelira, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently within the United Kingdom.

All orders are processed within 1–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery typically takes between 3–5 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or high-demand periods.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Daelira is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Daelira is not liable for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Daelira is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions or unforeseen events.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Daelira, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Due to the nature of our products (beauty and personal care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or consumed, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Daelira is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

This policy is in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.
